About Us

The Association of Software Engineering at NSBM, formerly known as the Student Circle of Software Engineering, was established in February 2024 under the guidance of the Department of Software Engineering and Information Systems. The association was formed to foster a collaborative environment where students following a discipline in Software Engineering could enhance their skills, share knowledge, and engage in various activities that complement their academic pursuits.

Evolution of the Association

Established as the Student Circle of Software Engineering under the Department of Software Engineering and Information Systems.

2024

Organized inaugural events including GreenEXE 2.0 and MadFest, establishing a foundation for future initiatives.

2025

New board election led to rebranding as the "Association of Software Engineering" to reflect growth and expanding scope.
